What's up Pamilya? We recently hosted #FilipinasSpeakOut in association with Gabriela Ontario, the Fil-Core Support Group of Caregivers, FCAR, and FSAT.

We shared very sensitive information regarding domestic abuse and sexual assault in the workplace and in the home. Throughout the evening, we brainstormed on the many ways and resources that can help us, our loved ones, and others on how to overcome these challenges.

Don't ever hesitate to reach us if you or any of your loved ones are experiencing similar situations. We are willing to support anyone experiencing troubled times by helping them through the healing process one step at a time.
